DELIVERY OF PHYSICAL GOODS

For delivery within Australia, we will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to track the goods to your business/doorstep.

You will receive your delivery within 5-10 business days after receipt of full payment. Delivery may vary from state to state; for more information please visit the shipping link on our website. Cornerstone Fine Foods is not responsible for goods that are either lost in transit or not received. Lost orders should be resolved with the courier company directly.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Australia

Refunds will not be provided for change of mind on purchases.

In the unlikely circumstance that your goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee as stipulated by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (eg. they are damaged), please email info@cornerstonefinefoods.com with proof of the damaged item(s) (ie. photographs) within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Once assessed to warrant a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer legislation, Cornerstone Fine Foods will refund you 100% for the damaged product (exclusive of postage) once the product is returned. Refunds are made at the discretion of Cornerstone Fine Foods. Refunds will be provided via the same payment method made for the order. Refunds will take up to 5 business days depending on the banking institution.

Cornerstone Fine Foods is not responsible for goods that are not received or lost in transit. A tracking number will be provided by Cornerstone Fine Foods when the courier company has collected the item. Lost orders should be resolved with the courier company directly.

International

Refunds will not be provided for change of mind on purchases.
