Shipping within Australia

For Australian customers all products will be shipped via Sendle and a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has left our warehouse. The Sendle courier will require a signature on delivery.

Please allow 5 business days for your order to be processed and packed. The delivery time may vary depending on your State, please refer to the table below for approximate delivery times from the day your order is dispatched.

Shipping within Sri Lanka

We currently ship to Sri Lanka, and on average the turnaround time for your goods to reach you would be 4-6 weeks (after leaving the Port of Melbourne). Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and packed. We will inform you once your order has left our warehouse and in the safe hands of our shipping agency. Once in Sri Lanka, your order will be delivered to your nominated address by TNT courier service. All orders are shipped via sea freight and straight to our export agency’s warehouse.

Upon arriving at port of Colombo, the order will be picked up by a TNT courier service agent who will deliver the goods to the nominated address. The TNT agent will hand the customer/buyer a receipt that includes the cost of taxes that are due. NOTE – The customer must bear custom duty taxes.

It takes around 5-7 business days to prepare your order for shipment.

Track Your Parcel

For Australian customers, we will send you a tracking number when your item is on its way. For International customers we will keep you informed about your order throughout the shipping process.

Refunds will not be provided for change of mind on purchases.

In the unlikely circumstance that your goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee as stipulated by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (eg. they are damaged), please email info@cornerstonefinefoods.com with proof of the damaged item(s) (ie. photographs) within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Once assessed to warrant a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer legislation, we will refund you 100% for the damaged product (exclusive of postage) once the product is returned to us. Refunds are made at the discretion of Cornerstone Fine Foods. Refunds will be provided via the same payment method made for the order. Refunds will take up to 5 business days depending on the banking institution.

Cornerstone Fine Foods is not responsible for goods that are not received or lost in transit. A tracking number will be provided by Cornerstone Fine Foods when the courier company has collected the item. Lost orders should be resolved with the courier company directly.

International
